McHenry Protective Services (MPS Security) can customize any Security Patrol program to fit your needs a budget.
Security Patrol Units are an economically solution to having a security presence and incident response.
A Patrol Officer can patrol your residential, retail, commercial , construction, etc properties utilizing professional marked Patrol Units. Our Officers will not just drive through the property like most Security Companies. Our Officers take the time you deserve to patrol your property both via Patrol Car and by foot. We use all of our senses to be aware of what is going on in your property. We will respond to incident deemed as low priority by the Police Department and arrive within 25 minutes of being called.
We provide pro-active service. If we observe or are called to an incident we will take the time needed to ensure the incident is handled professionally and with an outcome that is best for all parties involved, including detainment and arrest of suspect if needed.
MPS never conducts the industry norm "Ghost Check" conducted by many other security companies. We do not put our priority on swiping buttons on a property to "prove" we were onsite. Our priority is to patrol the entire location and not just the sensor locations. It is always our goal to exceed your expectations! All patrol vehicles and Officer's Radios are GPS tracked and a report can be provided upon request.
We currently provide security patrol service for several Property Management Companies, including but not limited to; Regency Property Management, Royal T Property Management & Siegel Property Management. We also provide patrol services for companies like McCormick Barstow, Canteen of Fresno and The Market.
ALARM RESPONSE
Due to budge shortfalls with local Law Enforcement Agencies your burglar alarm going off is a lower priority for Officers to respond. Law Enforcement Agencies have also started charging high fees for responding to false alarms or may not even respond.
If your alarm system is triggered, a quick response by a professionally trained and armed patrol officers is critical. McHenry Protective Services patrol officers are trained to know what to do in an emergency and how to limit damage. We will determine the status of the alarm and make appropriate communication to the client, alarm company and Law Enforcement. We will also remain onsite if the property is not secure.
